The Role

As an Executive Search Consultant in one of our core markets, you will be responsible for establishing and building relationships with new clients and placing talented candidates into new positions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting clients and candidates in both face-to-face and virtual environments, with opportunities for international travel.
  • Negotiating terms and contracts with prospective clients.
  • Interviewing and working closely with C-Suite and Executive level candidates to help them find their next long-term position.
  • Building cutting-edge databases to maintain our position as a market leader in your specialist sector.
