Role Overview

Cedar Recruitment is currently seeking a talented Procurement and Contracts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and contracts management, with experience working in a similar role for a public health client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Procurement with the management and development of the procurement team
  • Work strategically to input into the development and reporting of an agreed procurement plan
  • Identify areas for future opportunities to increase the procurement pipeline
  • Manage and develop end-to-end procurement projects
  • Maintain robust stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

  • Experience of completing end-to-end procurement projects
  • Working knowledge of public sector procurement (PCR2015)
  • Ability to prioritise workload and maintain robust stakeholder relationships
  • Experience of working on multiple procurement projects at once
  • Experience of working across either the Clinical or ICT category
