**Support Worker Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our team in a Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. The service is located in Pembrokeshire and supports adults aged between 18 and 65.

The ideal candidate will have a caring nature and the ability to engage with the people they support. No experience is required, but a willingness to learn and develop skills is essential.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Encouraging independence and supporting individuals to make their own choices.
  • Ensuring the safety of the service users.
  • Following care plans for each individual.
  • Taking service users out into the community.
  • Participating in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening and day trips.
  • Varying levels of personal care.

  • Competitive salary of £26,477 - £26,926 (including sleeps) + plenty of overtime available.
  • Full-time hours of 40 per week + 1 sleep per week.
  • Permanent contract with a variety of shifts including optional sleeps and weekends.
  • Location: Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire.
