Loans Operations Manager

Martis Search is representing a global Financial Services company to hire a Loans Administration Supervisor to join their Investment Operations team.
The role is a permanent position and reports into a senior Operations Manager. The successful candidate will supervise and manage a team of 4 Loans Operations Analysts, overseeing joint Loans Documentation/Loans Middle Office and Loans Administration/Loans Back Office responsibilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established, but growing West End based Institutional Asset Manager to take on a hands-on role.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage priorities and workloads for themselves and other team members, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to a high quality
- Collaborate with the company's legal and investment teams on all operational aspects of debt documentation
- Experience as a team leader within a loan administration function at a financial institution
- In-depth technical knowledge and expertise on loan administration processes and loan agreements
- In-depth understanding of loan administration systems, ideally eFront and Debt Domain
- Expert ability to navigate excel to identify and gather relevant information and able to present data in understandable ways for senior audiences
- Team leader for Loan Administration

- £85,000 - £93,600 per annum, dependent upon experience
