Role Overview
Martis Search is representing a global Financial Services company to hire a Loans Administration Manager to join their Investment Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of 4 Loans Operations Analysts.
- Oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of other Loans Operations staff.
- Be responsible for the smooth management and running of the company's Loans department.
Key Skills and Experience
- Experience as a team leader within a loan administration function at a financial institution.
- In-depth technical knowledge and expertise of debt products.
- In-depth technical knowledge and expertise on loan administration processes and loan agreements.
- In-depth understanding of loan administration systems, ideally eFront and Debt Domain.
- Ability to multi-task and balance team activities without losing sight of deadlines.
- Ability to proactively consult with a wide range of stakeholders and work with them to find solutions that satisfy a number of issues.
- Ability to develop and implement solutions to improve processes and systems across the team.
- Expert ability to navigate excel to identify and gather relevant information and able to present data in understandable ways for senior audiences.
Salary and Benefits
£85,000 k pa - £93,600 k pa dependent upon experience, plus very good holiday allowance, a very good pension, plus Healthcare, Life Assurance etc.
