The Role

This role will sit within Nadara's Growth department, providing expertise in growth, property management, and land acquisition. You will work with landowners and tenant farmers to ensure all stakeholders understand project progress and agreement terms. Your expertise will be critical in advising on land and property law, commercial understanding of business needs, and familiarity with farming and forestry economics and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Nadara professionally and establish good relationships with landowners, tenant farmers, and other stakeholders.
  • Deliver land rights and associated matters across the development pipeline.
  • Liaise with lawyers and accountants to resolve issues and manage land agreements.
  • Provide professional advice on land strategies and emerging regulations.
  • Support the business with queries associated with growth team project progression.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Detailed understanding of technical tools for wind, solar, and battery design.
  • High commercial awareness of onshore wind and solar development.
  • Excellent teamworking and communication skills.
