Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our onsite team, you will be responsible for providing network infrastructure support across a large client campus.

Your primary focus will be on wireless estate management, covering day-to-day support and managing the delivery of upgrades and project activities.

Key Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in networking, with a strong background in Aruba WiFi products and HPE/Aruba network accreditation.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and firmware issues on all networking infrastructure.
  • Experience with network equipment from Cisco, Nokia, and HPE/Aruba.
  • Knowledge of network management tools, including HPE IMC and Solarwinds.
  • ITIL Service Management Foundation certification and experience with IT incident management.
Working Conditions

This is a site-based role, requiring you to be located near Crawley and have a driving license and personal transport. You will be required to travel to site daily to cover customer network repair and project activities.

You will work a 1:3 day shift rota, covering 7am to 7pm, and a 1:3 on-call shift which covers 7pm to 7am and weekend hours.

Benefits

As a Network Infrastructure Specialist with our company, you can expect a competitive base salary of £50-55k, plus benefits and on-call allowance claimed through overtime.
