Sales Account Manager - German Speaking

Our client, a leading garment and accessory supplier to the high street, is seeking an ambitious and confident Sales Account Manager to grow business in Germany. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing German accounts, providing full commercial support and decision-making where necessary, and driving sales and profitability for customers.

The Role:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the German market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Participate in sales meetings, report on sales performance, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure the sales team remains competitive and informed.
The Candidate:
  • Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing business in the German market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
