About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Work Practitioner to join our team on a fixed-term contract. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in our community.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a Social Work qualification, registered with Social Work England, and direct experience working with children with disabilities. You should also possess a full driver's license and have access to a vehicle. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide social work services to children and families in our community
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective plans to support children and families
  • Conduct assessments and provide reports as required
  • Participate in multi-agency working to achieve positive outcomes
