UNICEF UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our International Policy and Advocacy team.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of international policy issues, processes, and frameworks, as well as experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compelling policy analysis and strategic direction for our advocacy efforts.
  • Represent the organisation externally, including managing key relationships with UK Government departments, media, and partners.
  • Lead a talented team of experts focused on various issues, including UK development policy, climate change, health, education, and nutrition.
