As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of client projects.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee customer satisfaction and manage client services to ensure high-quality delivery
- Utilize analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional service
- Ensure client projects are delivered on time, on scope, and within budget
- Prepare and ensure audit template accuracy for each audit pillar project
- Ensure the technical expertise deployed on each project meets the needs of the scope
- Deliver quality assurance to clients, including engagement, data, timeliness, technical content, presentation, and scope delivery
- Ensure the accuracy of SX3 records in relation to hours scheduled/booked and costs of client projects
- Minimum 15 years' claims management experience
- End-to-end claims process knowledge
- Quality Assurance
- Claims data analysis familiarity
