Job Title: Account Executive / Sales Order Processor

Join Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD as a skilled Account Executive / Sales Order Processor to play a vital role in our packaging manufacturing team based in Norwich.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing customer relationships and foster new ones to drive business growth.
  • Process customer orders, artwork, and information with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide accurate information to internal teams, including estimating, production, reprographics, and technical departments.
  • Create job bags for production, adhering to strict process controls.
  • Distribute accurate information internally and externally to meet customer requirements.
  • Act as a customer liaison for price, lead-time, and delivery inquiries.
  • Manage stock levels and prioritize critical delivery dates.
  • Raise purchase orders for raw materials and outwork services.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
  • Ability to handle complex situations with confidence and poise.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize workload and plan effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
