Business Operations Assistant Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Assistant to join our team in Horsham. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing operational support to Financial Advisers.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Financial Advisers with administration, client liaison, and CRM systems.
  • Draft and proof-read documents, client correspondence, and presentations.
  • Update client records, maintaining CRM accuracy, and decipher policy information to input it into the system.
  • Onboard new clients to the CRM and complete illustrations and applications for new business.
  • Maintain accurate computer records, including client data and CRM information.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Financial Planning or a related field.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demands.
  • Excellent written English, numeracy, and analytical skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.

Salary Details:

The salary for this role is £32,000 per annum.
