Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to pupils with Autism and complex needs, ensuring their academic and personal growth.
  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies to support pupils with complex needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's curriculum and policies.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in teaching pupils with Autism and complex needs.
Requirements
  • QTS or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills.
  • Nationally recognised degree.
  • Experience of working with pupils with Autism and complex needs.
  • Strong background in teaching and learning strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
