Job Summary

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Limes Place in Colne, Lancashire. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to adults, helping them live independently and access the community. Your role will involve medication assistance, domestic tasks, and building relationships with our service users and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to adults with daily living tasks, such as medication assistance and domestic chores
  • Assist service users in accessing the community and engaging in activities
  • Build relationships with service users and colleagues, promoting a sense of belonging and connection
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide personalized support and care

Requirements

  • No prior experience or qualifications are required; on-the-job training and professional qualifications will be provided
  • Patience, empathy, and a sense of humor are essential qualities for this role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
