Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Budgeting and Forecasting Specialist to join our team at The Fostering Network. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely monthly closure and reconciliation of accounts, as well as assist in the preparation of accurate and timely management accounts.

The successful candidate will have experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, with excellent communication skills to build relationships with non-financial audiences. Grant or donor-fund management experience would be an advantage.

You will work closely with the Head of Finance to develop and implement effective budget management and financial compliance strategies.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £42,000-£47,000 + London weighting if eligible
  • 35 hours per week
