We are seeking an experienced and skilled Optometrist to join our team at Asda Stores Ltd. As an Optometrist, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our pharmacy and optical services.

Your key responsibilities

  • Screen patients and provide expert eye care services
  • Coach and train the wider team to maintain high standards in the department
  • Develop and implement new patient services to meet the needs of our customers

Requirements

  • Fully qualified optometrist registered with the General Optical Council (GOC)
  • Registered performer with the NHS area team or health board
  • MECs or WECs accredited (or willing to gain accreditation within 12 months)
  • On track to meet the statutory points requirement for Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
