Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Special Education Needs and possess strong communication skills and patience when supporting children's learning and development.

About the Role

This is a temporary position, but we offer the opportunity to commit to a permanent position if one becomes available. You must be available for full school hours, 8:30am to 3:30pm, and have experience working with children in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with special education needs in a classroom environment
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless student support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CACHE Level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with children with Special Education Needs
  • Strong communication skills and patience when supporting children's learning and development
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £83-95 per day (inclusive of holiday pay), flexible working schedules, and the opportunity to commit to a permanent position if available. Our agency prioritizes the welfare of children and undertakes safeguarding checks on all workers.
