About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Leadership professional to join our Workforce Transformation practice within Infosys Consulting - Europe. As a Senior Leadership Roles - Organizational Change Management professional, you will play a key role in leading and managing Change Management efforts for large complex transformation programmes/projects, and providing programme delivery leadership at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Change Management efforts for large complex transformation programmes/projects
- Provide programme delivery leadership at a senior level
- Continuously strengthen and develop the OCM community (market positioning, service development, project and team management, positioning of best practices and innovative topics)
- Responsible for OCM business development and pre-sales activities, including the creation of proposals, preparation and facilitation of sales presentations and contract negotiations
- Lead, build and drive go-to-market strategies by anticipating market needs and leading the development of new firm-wide solutions
- Design, develop and sustain OCM services offerings for change management strategies and plans to help support clients change programs
- Build and manage sustainable client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on C-level; identify and convert sales opportunities
- Play an advisory role to client leaders in industry sectors
- Responsible for quality and profitability on engagements
- Lead and mentor other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice
- Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property and methods/tools
Requirements
- Change Management professionals with previous consulting experience at a senior level and a strong background in delivering change in an Energy/Utilities Environment (Oil, Gas, Electricity, Water etc)
- Business transformation and change management experience, ideally in a top tier consultancy
- Proven track record of successful business development across all aspects of the sales cycle including pipeline management & RFP / proposal creation
- Experience in Digital Transformation, Agile and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programmes
- Outstanding communication, presentation, client service and networking skills and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and provide direction across all aspects of client engagements
- Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country's official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel
