Job Summary:
Oculus Legal Group is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our team in a hybrid role. As a key member of our Residential Property team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold property
- Carry out lease extensions and auction transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers
- Comply with all internal and external audits
- Share information and best practices with colleagues
- Follow the firm's detailed policies and procedures
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in residential conveyancing, including complex aspects
- Working knowledge of referral arrangements and compliance issues
- Business development skills
- IT literacy and willingness to pioneer system development
- Experience in building relationships with clients and professionals
