Job Summary:

Oculus Legal Group is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our team in a hybrid role. As a key member of our Residential Property team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold property
  • Carry out lease extensions and auction transactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers
  • Comply with all internal and external audits
  • Share information and best practices with colleagues
  • Follow the firm's detailed policies and procedures
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in residential conveyancing, including complex aspects
  • Working knowledge of referral arrangements and compliance issues
  • Business development skills
  • IT literacy and willingness to pioneer system development
