Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Support external audits and internal audits to ensure that our quality management systems are effective.
  • Perform process audits and layered audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Update quality measurement charts to track our performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support sites in implementing quality management systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Review and improve quality procedures to ensure that they are effective and efficient.
  • Lead continuous improvement activities to improve our quality management systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data.
  • Strong working knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels, including written and verbal communication.
  • Auditing experience and knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • ISO 14001/9001 knowledge and experience.
  • Training delivery and facilitation skills.
  • Engineering background and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Statistical analysis and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to use quality management software.
  • Strong risk assessment experience and knowledge of COSHH and risk management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ISO/VDA accredited auditor.
  • IOSH trained.
  • Engineering qualification.
