Victory Services Club (The) is a leading private members club exclusively for serving and retired members of the UK Armed Forces and their allies. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for generating income from events and conference hire of VSC Events space.

The successful candidate will have experience in sales, business development, and revenue growth, with a proven track record in winning new business. They will lead the team to achieve monthly sales targets and develop a working environment that is proactive in finding new business. The role involves prospecting for new clients, networking, and presenting new solutions and services to clients.

Key responsibilities include managing and planning Club events to operational stage, presenting new products and services, and keeping open and regular communications with existing relationships. The Sales Manager will also attend industry functions, provide feedback and information on market and creative trends, and present to VSC Senior management on business trends.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an excellent bonus scheme, 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, company pension scheme, birthday off, through career recognition scheme, and free meals on duty. Flexible working hours are also available.
