About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our Ward Team at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment where they will be valued for their skills and expertise.

The successful candidate will have a strong nursing qualification, excellent communication skills, and experience of working as a Staff Nurse/Senior Staff Nurse in a ward department.

They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business.

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days leave + bank holidays, private pension, and life assurance.
