About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing emotional support to residents with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident
  • Administering medications and treatments safely and effectively
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and experiences

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
