Job Description

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a care setting, holding a NVQ level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent, as well as GCSE maths and English grade C or above. This role requires leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of carers. Responsibilities include confidently taking responsibility for resident medication, wound management, continence, physiological assessment, and care planning under the guidance of the on-site Registered Nurse.

A competitive salary, ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, is offered, along with opportunities for training and development. Additional benefits include automatic enrolment into our profit share scheme and access to retail and leisure discounts.
