Job Title: Reliability, Maintenance

Job Description:

As a Reliability, Maintenance professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and workspaces at ENGINEERINGUK. This involves carrying out proactive and preventative maintenance tasks, as well as reactive repairs and fault diagnosis. You will be expected to use the latest tools to maximize equipment effectiveness and uphold all health and safety policies and practices.

  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime
  2. Conduct thorough fault diagnosis and repair of equipment as needed
  3. Work closely with the RME team to optimize equipment performance and efficiency
  4. Support the development and progression of on-site apprentices
  5. Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational best practices
Requirements:

  1. Served a full Engineering indentured apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject
  2. Relevant experience as a qualified engineer
  3. Relevant experience working in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
  4. Advanced proficiency in the local language verbally and in writing
Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Apprentice Trained, HNC, HND, BSc, BEng
  2. Experience in condition-based monitoring
  3. Experience working with print and apply machines
  4. Experience in fault-finding and maintaining conveyor or automation systems
