This is an exciting opportunity for a highly driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our Engineering Contract Division, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. You will build and maintain a network of clients and place candidates in some of the most profitable recruitment sectors in the world.
You can expect to assess job specs and create adverts, qualify and screen candidates over the phone and through video, manage interview and offer processes, gain specialist market information and leverage it to grow market share, and pitch for retained business.
