Job Title: 3.5T Transporter Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 3.5T Transporter Driver to join our team at Kindertons Accident Management, part of ExamWorksUK.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe delivery and collection of fleet vehicles, as well as assisting in the preparation of hire fleet vehicles for delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of hire fleet vehicles for delivery to customers, adhering to relevant procedures and completing all required documents.
  • Ensure that vehicles required for the following day's deliveries are accounted for and prepared.
  • Ensure that the depot parking area remains organized, with different vehicles allocated to different areas as directed by depot management.
  • Prepare the yard for easy access for collection of vehicles by salvage agents or other Kindertons employees when appropriate.
  • Assist depot administrators in dealing with damaged fleet vehicles by photographing those vehicles and taking them for estimate and the designated fleet repairer.
  • Assist in deliveries, collections, or vehicle swaps as and when required by depot management.
  • Work as part of a team, attending team meetings and contributing where appropriate.
  • Perform any other duties reasonably requested by line manager.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have held a valid driving license for at least 2 years, with no more than 6 points, and be confident in driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
