Job Summary:

We are looking for an E-Learning Development Manager to join our team and oversee the development of e-learning content and digital projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing project plans and schedules to meet business objectives
  • Coordinating project resources and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
  • Tracking project progress and identifying areas for improvement
  • Managing project finances and ensuring budgetary compliance
  • Reporting project metrics and insights to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management with a focus on digital projects
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Full UK driving license

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 per annum, plus benefits including life assurance, pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, medicash, and 25 days annual leave.
