Job Description
AWD online invites applications for a Theatre Production Specialist in Hedge End, Southampton. This full-time, permanent role involves working with a well-established Education Trust to drive the use of new technologies and performing arts across the curriculum. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people/students, although this is not essential.

About the Position
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on experience. You will work 37 hours a week, Monday to Thursday, with flexibility required during performance weeks/evening events. Your duties will include leading technical support for school staff and students, ensuring the operation of lighting and sound equipment, and providing technical support for Community groups/individuals.

Requirements
- Relevant experience in performance arts, drama, theatre, set design, sound and lighting, and/or current multimedia technology
- Ability to work effectively with young people/students
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of performing arts equipment
