We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Stocks Hall Group. As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading a team of carers and providing exceptional care to our residents with physical disabilities or varying degrees of dementia during the night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of carers to provide high-quality care to residents
- Develop and implement care plans to meet individual resident needs
- Monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
- Working towards or prepared to work towards Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
