Mental Health Employment Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join Aspire Recruitment as an IPS Employment Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting individuals with mental health conditions and other complex barriers to secure and sustain competitive employment.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage effective working relationships with local employers to secure job placements for clients.
- Provide comprehensive support to clients throughout the placement process, including pre-employment preparation and in-work support.
- Work closely with clients to identify their strengths and goals, and develop personalized employment plans to help them achieve their aspirations.
- Strong understanding of the IPS model and its application in employment support.
- Proven experience in working with vulnerable populations, including those with mental health conditions and other complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, employers, and colleagues.
$29,777 per annum (25 days holiday + bank holidays, Local Government Pension Scheme) (Estimated salary based on national averages)
