About the Job

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs. With full training and clinical support, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and make a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing care and support to individuals with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
  • Traveling within a 20-mile radius of Northampton, using your own vehicle.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
