Job Description
As a Sales Executive at Gleeson Homes, you will play a key role in achieving our sales targets and delivering a 5* customer experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, has excellent communication and presentation skills, and is able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Selling new homes and achieving sales targets
  • Meeting with clients, assessing their needs, and qualifying leads
  • Price negotiation and liaising with interested parties
  • Customer follow-up and administration
  • Market research and competitor analysis

Requirements:
  • Experience within new homes sales or property sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, determined, and efficient

Salary:£38,000 - £48,000 per annum
