Residential Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at Gleeson Homes, you will play a key role in achieving our sales targets and delivering a 5* customer experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, has excellent communication and presentation skills, and is able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Selling new homes and achieving sales targets
- Meeting with clients, assessing their needs, and qualifying leads
- Price negotiation and liaising with interested parties
- Customer follow-up and administration
- Market research and competitor analysis
Requirements:
- Experience within new homes sales or property sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Self-motivated, determined, and efficient
Salary:£38,000 - £48,000 per annum
