We are seeking a skilled Weighbridge Operations Specialist to join our team at Veolia. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our weighbridge facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weighing in drivers and ensuring accurate weight measurements
  • Conducting driver inductions and providing training on weighbridge procedures
  • Completing driver paperwork and maintaining accurate records
  • Raising work orders on our salesforce system and printing job tickets
  • Updating our Weighbridge Tracker with details of loads in and out, including commercial transactions
  • Raising purchase requisitions on our workday system
  • Confirming sales work orders on salesforce, including invoicing and resolving invoice disputes
  • Organizing and communicating purchase order requisitions and complying with purchase ordering procedures
  • Managing purchase order receipting for service contracts
  • Dealing with and resolving supplier invoice issues
Requirements
  • Knowledge of IT systems and data transfer processes
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with drivers and other stakeholders
  • Experience with weighbridge duties and operations
