Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Labourer to join our Property Services Team in Exeter, Devon. As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our tradespeople and ensuring the smooth operation of our property services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out labouring duties to SNG's properties, working as part of a small team.
  • Remove and dispose of old kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Perform all aspects of internal and external cleaning and tidying.
  • Collect and deliver various building materials, including bathroom suites and kitchens.
  • Work alongside other tradespeople to support and act as the second person, including lifting and footing ladders.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, in addition to good general labouring skills.
  • Experience of working in occupied premises and good customer service skills.
  • A strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of health & safety best practices.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
