We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Valuer to join our Exeter office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing valuation advice to our retained clients and growing the Valuation proposition in the Exeter office.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake valuation work for commercial premises, including industrial, office, retail, and land, as well as residential development schemes.
- Provide high-quality valuation advice to clients, ensuring that their expectations are consistently met.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and grow the Valuation proposition in the Exeter office.
- Work closely with the Head of Office to ensure that all valuations are kept up-to-date and that clients are engaged to deliver the required service standards.
- Assist on other consultancy projects as appropriate.
- Proactively seek out and attend relevant networking events to nurture and grow the Firm's client contacts.
- Fluent with all Microsoft packages and relevant IT packages.
- A highly motivated commercial approach, with the ability to work as part of a team and be a self-starter.
- A clean driving licence.
