**Job Summary**

This Senior Restaurant Manager role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Smith Dairy Queens, Ltd., ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and efficiency. We offer a competitive estimated salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, depending on location.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  2. Hire, train, and develop high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.
  3. Implement and maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
  4. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and growth.
  5. Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  6. Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
