Overview of the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a permanent Sister/Charge Nurse in the Emergency Department at University Hospitals of Derby & Burton. Key Accountabilities
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of nurses in providing high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Mentor students and develop their skills in emergency nursing.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve patient care and outcomes.
