Job Description:

VIQU Limited is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to assist in their business-wide IT Infrastructure upgrade. The successful candidate will have a strong background in configuring and implementing new AV equipment and software, including Yealink VC equipment and Microsoft Teams Rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure new AV equipment and software, including Yealink VC equipment and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to ensure seamless operation of AV systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV systems and IT infrastructure.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and communication skills to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Travel to other sites across the Midlands and Northwest as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and AV systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of AV equipment and software, including Yealink VC equipment and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
  • Excellent communication and customer support skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel to other sites as required.
