About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team in Eastbourne, East Sussex. This role is part of our mission to provide exceptional technical support to various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Investigation and Analysis: Investigate issues with internal production, inter-site returns, and field returned products, producing detailed reports as required.
  2. Data Mining and Trend Tracking: Conduct data mining and analysis to identify trends and ensure that failure modes are being effectively resolved.
  3. Workload Management: Ensure timely management and addressing of investigation workloads for the NCR team.
  4. Customer Support: Explain and present findings to key accounts teams and customers, and manage own workload while supporting engineers with process improvements.
  5. Process Improvement: Propose, obtain agreement, and implement changes to ensure no customer non-conformities or interruptions to E-Part manufacturing.
  6. Compliance and Evaluation: Carry out and report on evaluation and compliance testing to EN Standards (e.g. EMC and Electrical Safety) for new and existing products.
  7. Customer Enquiries: Resolve product application enquiries and issues, providing final level support via escalation to Technical specialists when required.
