Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at AJ Bell Management Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our services and products. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct quality assurance reviews, identifying key risks and controls, and implementing remedial actions to add value to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth testing and create a record of evidential findings.
  • Liaise with the Risk Team to identify risks and agree on the level of testing for key controls.
  • Manage the follow-up of remedial actions with managers and escalate through relevant channels when necessary.
  • Assist in raising the profile of the QA Team through business engagement activities.
  • Support the QA Manager, Oversight Senior Manager, and other areas of Operational Oversight.
  • Complete regular Transaction reporting analysis and remediation activity.
Requirements:
  • Experience in evaluating complex data for decision-making and analysis reporting.
  • Experience of risk and control identification (desirable).
  • Experience within an FCA regulated business, either in a Stockbroker, Investment Platform, or Pensions provider.
  • CISI Investment Operations Certificate or willingness to complete the certificate or similar relevant financial qualification.
