Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage site maintenance operations to ensure optimal functioning of facilities and equipment.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with the production team to support efficient farming/growing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage a team of maintenance technicians and contractors.
  • Address and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in site maintenance management, preferably within the agricultural or horticultural sector.
