Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Trainee Site Managers. This is an excellent opportunity for recent school leavers, individuals studying towards a relevant degree, or those who have recently graduated to gain valuable experience and skills in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Site Managers in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, to budget, and to the highest standard of workmanship.
  • Manage subcontractors and maintain strong relationships with them.
  • Communicate effectively with design teams and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to drive business growth.
  • Produce, analyze, and interrogate project programs to ensure timely completion.
  • Control projects within financial budgets and make informed decisions to optimize resources.
  • Embody the company's 'Customers 1st' campaign by continuously improving customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A strong academic background with a focus on mathematics.
  • The ability to solve problems independently and think critically.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to work.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to integrate into project teams.
