Role Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, responding to client requests, and ensuring smooth service delivery as a Contract and Maintenance Coordinator in South West London.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating daily schedules for engineers, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitoring and responding to all incoming emails and client queries.
  • Providing administrative support to engineers as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in maintenance contracts administration.
  • CAFM experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to commute to South West London.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of 37,000 - 40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
