Role Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, responding to client requests, and ensuring smooth service delivery as a Contract and Maintenance Coordinator in South West London.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating daily schedules for engineers, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Monitoring and responding to all incoming emails and client queries.
- Providing administrative support to engineers as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in maintenance contracts administration.
- CAFM experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to commute to South West London.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of 37,000 - 40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
