Role Overview

We are seeking a Recovery-Focused Practitioner to join our East & Mid Devon Home Treatment Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced mental health professional to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a community setting.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health, with extensive post-registration experience in inpatient and community environments. They will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans, working closely with clients, families, and carers to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recovery-focused care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Work independently, using clinical expertise to devise and manage individualized care plans
  • Engage effectively with clients, families, and carers, promoting open communication and partnership working

Requirements:

  • Professional mental health qualification (RMN, CQSW / ASW, BSc/Diploma in OT, SROT, Chartered Clinical Psychologist, ENB 811/812 or CPN Degree) with current registration and no restrictions
  • Extensive post-registration experience in mental health settings, including inpatient and community environments
  • Substantial experience managing a busy caseload without supervision, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care
  • Evidence of clinically supervising junior staff and mentoring students
