Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a Contract & Licence register to ensure timely renewal, extension, or termination as necessary.
  • Manage contracts, including dispute resolution and performance management, to ensure supplier performance meets acceptable standards.
  • Conduct Business Performance Reviews (BPRs) with third-party suppliers to evaluate their performance.
  • Evaluate and execute contract variations to capture changes to terms and conditions, scope of work, extension options, and remuneration updates.
  • Conduct RFQs/Tenders to identify suitable suppliers.
  • Review and negotiate terms and conditions and commercial models with suppliers.
  • Manage finances associated with information services for the customer, ensuring costs are transparent and meet the client's financial controls.
  • Prepare required cost management and reporting information for client review meetings.
  • Contribute to the client's budget planning process as required.
  • Validate and process all third-party invoices.
  • Respond to and resolve invoice queries.
Requirements
  • Degree-qualified or demonstrable experience as a Contracts Engineer or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of standard contracting terms and conditions and commercial management skills.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office products, such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
