About the Company: We are delighted to be working with an entrepreneurial education company who are seeking a up and coming finance professional to join this reputable and rapidly growing company.

About the Role:

  • Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts with a deep understanding of key revenue drivers and variances.
  • Collaborate with regional directors and area managers, providing financial insights during monthly business reviews.
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations for your region.
  • Own and analyze revenue and occupancy reports, investigating key movements and variances.
  • Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and controls.
  • Mentor and develop a finance assistant within your region.
  • Assist with statutory account queries and support the audit process when required.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial accounting and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
