Financial Controller

Pentagon Motor Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to lead our team of talented professionals at our Derby-based Head Office.

Key Responsibilities- Review and audit financial statements to ensure compliance across the group.
- Manage dealership submissions, including bank reconciliations and expense reviews.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Provide budget support to the Financial Director.
- Assist with maintaining and reviewing Keyloop permissions.
- Create and present financial reports and workshops.
- A good level of experience in financial control and management reporting.
- Confidence in managing a small team and mentoring colleagues.
- A qualified ACA or ACCA Accountant with experience in the motor industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a process-driven approach.
