About the Job

Bryn Mawr College seeks an experienced Compliance & Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of the development team, this role is responsible for ensuring compliance with grant guidelines, developing budget tracking systems, and managing budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of grant management, budgeting, and financial tracking. They will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills. The ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including field staff, finance, and community partners, is essential for this role.

We estimate that the salary for this position will be between $55,000.00 and $58,000.00 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure compliance with grant guidelines and regulations.
  2. Develop and implement budget tracking systems to monitor grant budgets and progress towards grant outcomes and goals.
  3. Collaborate with the development team to develop grant proposals and submit them to funders.
  4. Draft comprehensive progress reports and program updates for funders, compiling necessary supporting materials, including budget reports, outcome measurements, and success stories.
  5. Provide operational support, including liaising with team members to fulfill bidding and procurement needs aligned with grant opportunities, working closely with finance to develop budget tracking systems, manage budgets, and reforecast as necessary, and participating in annual budgeting processes to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in grant management or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with budget management and financial tracking.
  • Familiarity with grant compliance and reporting requirements.
Benefits

This is a full-time year-round position, requiring 40 hours/week with some evening and weekend events as necessary.
